Mobile FTIR (CEM) System
CleanAir® designed this mobile FTIR system to sample unattended for extended durations. Data can be accessed remotely via a cellular modem or ethernet conection. An autofill system for the liquid nitrogen cooled detector can be included, which provides up to 1 week of LN2. Automatic calibration checks are controlled with an ESC datalogger. The temperatures of all of the sample delivery system are monitored as well. If a power outage or problem occurs then the sample will bypass the FTIR.

Training on the MKS 2030 FTIR and on this system is required with a rental of this system.
Liquid nitrogen must be supplied by a local vendor. The system requires a minimum of 80 psi.
The cabinet requires a 10KVA single phase transformer, 480V primary, 240/120V secondary. The cabinet needs 2 legs of 480V 3phase and a ground connection to establish neutral for the secondary.
Our cabinets have a fused disconnect switch on the outside (20A fuses) with a 100 foot 10/3 SO cord attached. We also attach a 4 wire 60A plug that mates with common welder outlets but can be removed to wire directly.
